We are informing you of a potential change in our insurance network at this location.
As a final step in our transition into the Little River Healthcare family, we have changed some of the insurance networks in which we are participating. As of 02/01/2017, our status with your insurance plan may have changed. We do accept most major health insurance plans, but we ask that you please reconfirm that we accept your specific insurance plan. You can do this by contacting your insurance company and asking if your provider and Little River Healthcare is in network. This will need to be on or after 02/01/17 to receive the most current updates.
Continuity of your healthcare is very important to us. If you happen to be one of the very few patients whose insurance’s in-network status has changed, we can assist in transferring your medical records to the provider of your choice at no cost.
There are several ways you can request a medical records transfer. You can come in the office and fill out a medical records release or if you visit our website at www.bvwc.com, you can print a release of health information, fill out and bring to the office, fax, or mail. Please be aware that this process can take 5-7 business days.
