Jamie K. South, D.O.
Dr. South grew up not far from Bryan-College Station in Montgomery County. She earned her undergraduate degree from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, graduating in 2004. Dr. South then moved to Fort Worth where she attended graduate and medical school at The University of North Texas Health Science Center, graduating in 2009 with a Master of Science degree and degree in Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. South continued her training in Dallas at Methodist Dallas Medical Center where she was chief resident in 2012-2013, was awarded multiple awards for research presentations, published two papers, including one relating to cervical cancer and the young female, and was chosen as a the Southwest Gynecologic Assembly's outstanding resident physician for 2012. Her professional memberships include the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology, American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, Dr. South most enjoys time with her family which includes Dr. Eric South (St. Joseph Family Medicine) and two daughters Edie and Libby. Dr. South enjoys running, travel, and loves the Dallas Cowboys and Tex-Mex food.
Janelle M. Perrone, M.D.
Dr. Janelle Perrone joined Brazos Valley Women’s Center in 2014. Originally from Brownwood, Texas, she graduated Cum Laude from Texas Tech University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. In 2010, she received her Medical Doctorate from Texas A&M University. Dr. Perrone completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Memorial Hermann Hospital and The University of Texas Medical School at Houston in 2014. During medical school, Dr. Perrone was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha national honor society and received awards for Outstanding Student in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Internal Medicine Clerkships. In residency, Dr. Perrone received the AAGL Special Resident Award in Minimally Invasive Gynecology. She has particular interest in minimally invasive gynecology and is trained in daVinci robotic surgery. Her professional memberships include the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL) and Texas Medical Association (TMA). In her spare time, Dr. Perrone enjoys running, cooking, and spending time with her husband and daughter, Jonathan and Gia.
Candice Luedke, D.O.
Dr. Candice Luedke is originally from Deer Park, TX. She completed her undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University in Biomedical Sciences, graduating Cum Laude in 2008. Dr. Luedke then completed medical school in 2012 at the University of North Texas Health Science Center, graduating with honors. Dr. Luedke continued her training in Fort Worth at John Peter Smith Hospital where she completed her residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology. During residency, Dr. Luedke served as chief resident from 2014-2016. She was awarded Outstanding Resident, OB/GYN Academic Excellence, Most Outstanding Resident Teaching and Chief Resident Awards. Her professional memberships include American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology, American Medical Association and Texas Medical Association. Dr. Luedke enjoys yoga, cooking and most of all spending time with her family, including her husband, Colten Luedke (Orthopedic Surgeon at The College Station Medical Center) and their dogs, Max and Lilly. Her interests include minimally invasive gynecology, with advanced DaVinci robotic surgery and general OB/GYN.
